We provide FREE shipping in the U.S. and Canada on orders over $150, mostly, by USPS Delivery. FREE shipping will be applied automatically at checkout; no promotional code is needed. If an order is less than either above requirement, order shipping costs will apply and added at checkout. No adjustments to prior purchases. Offer is subject to change and/or end without notice.

After your order has been placed, it will take 2-7 business days to arrive in the U.S. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states, where applicable. 

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 


At this moment items on SALE cannot be purchased with any additional discount. Please bear in mind, delivery will be delayed during the SALE period.


If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Contact our customer service: with your return information, and send your item back to us. 

SOULITUDE currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit. For your convenience, you can ask us to provide an electronic return label that you can print out for returning your item, and the charge will be deducted from the refund. If you refuse a shipment from SOULITUDE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SOULITUDE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final / Sample sales. Due to COVID-19 and the health concerns following, all masks are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. 

The products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.

SOULITUDE reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Simply contact our Customer Care:

If there are more than 2 issues outstanding, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds for gift subscribers will be issued to the purchaser.

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the bag box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that original taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
